Registration Information

Early Registration Deadline

Early registration for the 2013 annual SFS meeting in Jacksonville, FL will be extended until midnight (PDT) 15 April 2013. This extension is designed to assist members whose travel plans are currently uncertain due to sequestration. We hope to see you in Jacksonville and encourage you to consider the Hyatt Hotel for your lodging. The Hyatt has agreed to provide free WiFi in sleeping rooms for SFS participants staying in the Hyatt. Also remember, poster presentations are being accepted through 1 April 2013.
