  • In response to the effects of world population growth, global climate change, water shortages, and habitat loss, the NABS Science and Policy Committee (SPC) has drafted an Economic and Population Growth Policy which was approved by the Executive Committee at the 2009 annual meetings in Grand Rapids, for circulation to the broader membership.  The draft policy is posted here on the NABS website for a 60-day member comment period (20 January to 20 March), and we strongly encourage your input and participation on forming this important policy.(1/20/2010)
